Waterford, MI: Bricks + Mortar Group, a Michigan female-owned and operated real estate company specializing in property zoned for marijuana use, is excited to announce the sale of 4416 North Grand River Avenue, in Lansing, Michigan. The company sold the property on September 24th, with an undisclosed sales price. Stephanie Goodman, owner of Bricks + Mortar Group, represented the buyer.
The block and steel constructed industrial facility is currently approved for use as a Class C marijuana cultivation facility. The building measures just over 9,900 square feet, and features an overhead door, loading dock, heavy power, and 15 foot ceilings. It sits on 1.7 acres, in a high visibility location on Grand River Avenue, near Capital City Airport. The property is zoned H, Light Industrial. Once approved, the cultivation business will help supply marijuana products to Michigan’s busy dispensaries.
