Bricks + Mortar Group sold the Lansing processing facility, with the sale price of $200,000, on July 23rd. Jessica Pendleton of Bricks + Mortar Group acted as the seller’s agent in the sale, while Bill Jakovac of Summit Realty represented the buyer.
The permit-ready property features a large industrial building on one acre, with 1,600 square feet of office space and 3,200 square feet of warehouse space. It is located on Barr Avenue, in the heart of Lansing. The processing facility will help supply cannabis products to the 3.3 million Michigan residents who live within 50 miles of the location.
After Michigan’s recent decision to allow both medical and recreational marijuana businesses, the demand is rising for city-approved property on which to place the facilities.
