Cannabis real estate brokerage company Bricks + Mortar Group is pleased to announce they have recently purchased a new office building. After light renovations, the company has moved into it’s new location at 2529 Pontiac Lake Road in Waterford. Just west of US-24, the beautiful white brick building lies on 0.14 acres. Filled with natural light and just over 1600 square feet, the building lies on two parcels and has room for several office suites.

Bricks + Mortar Group’s new location lies within a Qualified Opportunity Zone. Opportunity zones are an economic development tool. They are designed to spur economic development and job creation in distressed communities. This is done by providing tax benefits to investors, and means that both the community and the investor can benefit from the purchase of an opportunity zone property.
