Saugatuck Township is a civil township of Allegan County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 3,443 at the 2020 census. The township has a total area of 24.2 square miles.

This bustling beach town is located on the shore of Lake Michigan. Due to it's close proximity to Chicago, area sawmills provided much of the lumber used to rebuild after the Great Chicago Fire of 1871. The area is now a center for growing and shipping fruit, especially peaches. Because of the area's stretches of beautiful beaches and moderate southern Michigan climate, tourism and resorts are a big part of the local economy.
