Waterford Township is located in the heart of Oakland County. It is centrally located to all of Metro Detroit, and has excellent access via multiple expressways that pass near it. Waterford has a mixture of commercial and industrial property, along with it's own airport. The township is known for it's many lakes.

Hazel Park located in Oakland County Michigan is part of Metro Detroit and shares a border with Detroit. Named the Friendly City, this municipality is geographically modest at only 2.8 square miles, yet offers its own unique, small town charm in a lively urban setting. In March of 2022, Hazel Park City Council voted unanimously to decriminalize psilocybin mushrooms and other entheogenic plants. This makes them the 3rd city in Michigan to do so.

Ferndale is part of the Detroit metropolitan area. It is is well known for its LGBT population and progressive policies. Crime is significantly lower than inner communities such as Detroit, Dearborn and Hamtramck, and its neighbors such as Hazel Park, Oak Park and Warren. This municipality is known for art, music and DIY culture. Its small-but-mighty downtown has earned awards as a Great American Main Street. Offers many independent shops, support for local makers, and has a diverse and vibrant food scene.

Pontiac is located in the heart of Oakland County, one of the wealthiest areas in the state of Michigan. Most municipalities in Oakland County have decided not to allow marijuana facilities, creating a very large market for Pontiac dispensaries with minimal competition.
