Indiana Border Dispensary Location
This is a great location on the main road through town, only steps from the St Joseph River. With over 3000 square feet and half an acre of land, there is plenty of room for a high volume retail location. Indiana has not yet allowed marijuana, which means border town dispensaries are the only option for Indiana residents. This building is in good shape, with a newer rubber roof and a nice brick facade. The current bay doors could be retrofitted for an industrial style decor, or filled in for security.
